A little more about me: I have been a leader in Corporate Compliance, Regulatory, and Ethics Investigations for a Fortune 500 Company, as well as over 27 years of Law Enforcement. 

I have extensive experience in leadership and investigations in compliance, suitability, risk, regulatory, and ethics, as well as AML, KYC, fraud, human resources, and highly sensitive investigations.  I have over 22 years of investigative experience with corporate, local, state, federal, and international investigations. 

I worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and an International Task Force in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington D.C. Throughout my career I have been a dedicated professional, able to resolve conflicts and remain focused under extreme stress. I have a solid reputation for a strong work ethic and uncompromising devotion to service.

I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991 in Public Relations with coursework and experience in business management, marketing, statistics, accounting, computer hardware, and criminology.  I have been a certified computer forensic examiner in EnCase, FTK, and other forensic tools. 

Joel is an active member of the ASIS International, the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), the Vegas Chamber, the Las Vegas Urban Chamber of Commerce, and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
