Solar Powered Mobile Surveillance Platform
Pinnacle Consulting and Advisors offers access to a large inventory of NDAA compliant solar powered surveillance trailers through our partnership with SCT, supported by factory locations in the United States that allow for reliable production, servicing, and nationwide delivery. With preferred pricing and hundreds of units available, clients can secure dependable mobile surveillance coverage without barriers related to cost, supply, or compliance.

These trailers have been tested and have operated at such locations at the Las Vegas Strip, Downtown Las Vegas, Election sites, special events and for security and law enforcement needs.

Pinnacle Consulting and Advisors provides mobile solar powered surveillance trailers through our partner SCT for clients who require dependable coverage without the need for permanent construction or infrastructure. This offering aligns with our broader security and risk services by giving organizations a practical way to strengthen visibility, improve situational awareness, and support targeted mitigation strategies that result from our assessments and operational reviews.

Our access to hundreds of units allows us to support both single site deployments and large multi-site programs anywhere in the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii can also be supported in most cases with advance approval due to transportation requirements. This capacity ensures that when Pinnacle identifies a gap during a security assessment, recommends temporary coverage during a project, or outlines a surveillance need for a high-risk location, we can deliver superior equipment at a significantly better price that is ready to operate and scalable to the level of risk.

These trailers are a fit for short term events, seasonal operations, and long-term security programs. They allow clients to increase coverage quickly as conditions change, which supports the adaptive planning models we use in our assessments and program development work. The trailers operate independently of fixed power sources and remain active for extended periods, making them suitable for remote locations, temporary venues, and any environment where adding infrastructure would slow down operations or introduce cost barriers.

The trailers operate without reliance on fixed power sources and are built to stay active for extended periods under normal conditions. Their solar arrays charge rapidly during daylight hours, and the onboard battery system can power the cameras and supporting equipment for days before requiring additional charging in most environments. This makes them an effective option for remote locations, temporary venues, and sites where installing permanent electrical infrastructure would slow down operations or create unnecessary cost.

For regions that experience limited sunlight or heavy seasonal cloud cover, the platforms can be upgraded with their own auxiliary power generation to maintain continuous operation or to supplement charging. These options allow the trailers to function reliably even in demanding climates.

Effective placement is essential for maximizing both surveillance coverage and power efficiency. Pinnacle assists clients with selecting the correct positioning, so the mast, cameras, and solar array perform at their best. This includes reviewing sight lines, lighting conditions, operational objectives, and environmental factors that influence battery performance. The result is a deployment that delivers reliable coverage and consistent uptime with minimal operational burden on the client.
All trailer configurations offered through Pinnacle use hardware that meet NDAA compliance requirements. Each unit can be tailored to the findings of a security assessment or the objectives of a site-specific plan, including camera packages, lighting, deterrence features, and analytic options. Clients may request a fully tailored build or work with Pinnacle to define a configuration that supports risk mitigation goals, reporting requirements, and day-to-day operational demand.

What the trailers deliver

-
Solar powered operation with high-capacity lithium batteries that can keep the camera system online for extended periods without external power.
-
A fast-charging solar array designed for continuous outdoor use.
-
A high mast of over 26 feet, if needed, and a multiple camera head unit for wide area coverage and detailed views.
-
Active deterrence options including visible lighting and audio warnings to discourage unwanted activity.
-
Integrated video analytics that can search people by clothing color, identify vehicles by color and type, and support license plate recognition with alerting.
-
There is a central dashboard available with mobile access so authorized staff can monitor cameras, review events, and manage alerts from one place.
-
Typical builds can include a dual lens PTZ camera that provides a full panoramic view paired with a 25x optical zoom lens for detailed observation at distance. This allows operators to monitor broad areas while also capturing clear identifying features when activity requires closer examination. The system performs well in varied lighting conditions due to low light imaging, warm light illumination, infrared support, and onboard edge recording that preserves footage even if network connectivity is interrupted.
-
The standard trailer configuration includes a head unit equipped with 8 (eight) cameras. This consists of 4 (four) fixed cameras that maintain constant coverage on priority zones and 4 (four) PTZ cameras that can be directed as needed to track movement, assess developing activity, or verify alerts. This combination offers both continuous wide coverage and controlled investigative viewing without relying on additional infrastructure.
-
Clients who require specific technology can select alternative camera manufacturers at additional cost if there is any. Available options include Axis, Panasonic, Milesight and Hanwha, along with other specialized platforms where a unique capability is needed. These selections are reviewed with Pinnacle, so the chosen equipment aligns with the risk profile, operational goals, and monitoring strategy of the site. Custom requests are welcome, and Pinnacle will guide clients through the selection process to ensure the camera package supports both immediate and long-term security needs.
Rental and purchase options
Cost should never be an obstacle when a mobile surveillance platform is the appropriate solution for a site. Pinnacle Consulting and Advisors has secured preferred pricing through our partnership so clients can access advanced, reliable technology without the cost structure becoming a barrier to deployment. This approach ensures that organizations of any size receive the same level of pricing advantage normally limited to large, long-term programs, allowing each client to focus on results rather than budget constraints.

-
The standard platform offering is a fixed monthly rental that includes warranty and repair of the platform in most cases where the damage did not involve intentional acts or negligence by the client renting the platform.

Pinnacle Consulting and Advisors supports more than equipment deployment. Our work includes CPTED based planning, security and risk assessments, operational design, and the development of procedures that help organizations strengthen safety while maintaining efficient operations.
When a mobile surveillance platform is part of a larger security need, we can integrate it into a complete approach that considers site design, human behavior, camera placement, response models, and organizational readiness. Whether the requirement involves a single location or a multi-site program, our team will help identify the right configuration, confirm that it supports broader risk management objectives, and ensure that the trailer becomes an effective component of the overall security posture.
