Pinnacle Consulting and Advisors provides NDAA compliant solar powered surveillance trailers through a service based lease model that supports flexible deployment and a wide range of security needs. Delivery, recovery, monitoring, and configuration options vary by site and are quoted based on operational requirements. This page outlines the key service details so clients understand how the platform is deployed, supported, and integrated into their security program.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery is billed as a flat fee (starting at $300) based on the site location and the conditions required for deployment. Additional factors such as access limitations or scheduling needs may affect the final amount.
If a recovery fee is necessary, the fee will be billed as a flat fee attached to the trailer invoice. Recovery fees depend on location and operational factors and is not required for every project. Pinnacle Consulting and Advisors will advise whether recovery applies based on the deployment plan.​
All delivery and any necessary recovery fees will be included in the site invoice.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Solar Powered Surveillance Trailer is provided under a service contract. Refunds and returns are not available for this solution as most agreements include a 30 day cancellation clause, allowing clients to discontinue service with proper written notice. All fees incurred before cancellation are considered earned and are not refundable.

Product information
The trailer’s solar array charges quickly and supports multi day operation without external power. For locations with limited sunlight, auxiliary power options can be added to maintain continuous uptime. The elevated mast, imaging features, and supported analytics provide strong situational awareness across a wide range of use cases.

Pricing
Clients are strongly encouraged to request a quote for accurate pricing.​

The MSRP for purchase of the trailer is $35,950 US dollars plus applicable sales tax. Shipping, setup and training can be added for additional charges. Monitoring can be added to purchases for an additional monthly cost.

Each purchase comes with 4 PTZ cameras and a 5 year warranty on the trailer, a 10 year warranty on the solar panels and 5 years on the batteries.

Leasing the Solar Powered Surveillance Trailer is $1800 a month. This pricing is based on non-emergency or rush order. Emergency or rush orders can be accommodated but may be at a higher price - please contact us for such needs for proper pricing. Warranty and repairs are covered, as explained in the leasing agreement, during the lease term.

This lease rate covers the standard equipment package and access to the platform for the duration of the lease term.
​
The $1800 monthly price does not include:
• Sales tax (when applicable)
• Delivery and setup
• Recovery of the unit at the end of service
• Monitoring services

These items vary by location and operational requirements and will be detailed in the written invoice before deployment is scheduled.

MONITORING
​
Monitoring is conducted by SCT's in-house monitoring service which leverages traditional human monitoring as well as available analytics.
Monitoring costs can vary based on several factors such as but not limited to activity at the site being monitored or specific client needs.
​
Standard monitoring prices start at:

$500 a month for 12 hours monitoring 7 days a week.

$800 a month for 12 hours monitoring Monday-Friday and 24/7 on weekends and holidays.
